Overall my stay at Primrose was stunning! I wanted to stay in an unusual air b&b and this ticked the box for me. I did however click on the "get directions" map on here which took me to a 15/20minute drive away along the canal instead but after getting in touch with Hayley I was back on track. ** take note of bathroom size before booking ** i would say its pretty spot on but also, if you're taller than around 5"10 you will have to crouch around the boat too, I'm 5"8 and had to crouch to get dressed and to shower, haha.

The boat was stunning and communication from Hayley was fantastic. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a rustic getaway!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Primrose. We always like unique Air B&bs and this was right up out street. The toilet was a squeeze which we knew of anyways, I'm a size 18 and althought it was a squeeze it was manageable it didn't take away from the whole experience to be honest it maybe just added to it's charm! Great area and loads to do / or not to do depending what your looking for. Tones of nature right outside the door. Herons, stoats, fish and a very smart crow we were playing with / watching. Loved that we could continue to watch a series we are currently watching on Netflix and we made good use of the BBQ as well roasting marshmallows and watching the world go by. Lots of places in walking distance such as the Stables Restaurant along the canal or the likes of Tim Hortons across the bridge. We cannot wait to come back and it's definitely the break that we needed!
