Excellent location, especially if travelling without a car, just a few steps from the bus station. Quiet neighbourhood and easy access to the beach and restaurants. The negative side was the bad smell in the room, even with the windows fully open and the ventilator in max setting it was still in there, a heavy drench that can give you a headache.

As in previous reviewsit is in an excellent location, seconds away from beach, bus station, shops, restaurants and cinema. Sam, who lives there is warm and welcoming. Some reviews have talked about the decor and facilities. It is a little worn but it is clean and tidy with a comfy bed and fresh linen. For the Sunshine Coast it is well priced.

Great location, bed was comfortable. Was fine for the two nights I stayed, probably wouldn’t want to stay more.

I am sorry to say, but the place was not worth the price at all. There was noticeable mouldy smell in the place and it was very dirty. In addition, there were no toilet paper there. The permanent tenant at the place was nice and welcoming, but I wasn't left alone when I was there. I also got my beer stolen.

Mark was extremely responsive to queries, location is close to beaches, restaurants, bars, supermarkets. Value is excellent, plenty of parking, and Marks friend Sam was the BEST host! I am definitely staying here again soon, 100% recommended
