We spent one month in Grahams' apartment. The stay was wonderful. Apartment is new, nicely designed and very comfortable. The view is amazing! You will find all equipment you need for long stays. Kitchen is well equipped so preparing your meals is pure pleasure. Wi-fi is fast and stable - we were using it on daily basis to work. Air-con/heating works great and each room is controlled separately. Beds are comfortable, apartment is quiet so sleep gives huge dose of regeneration. Graham is amazing host. Nice, communicative and very responsive. He prepared two work places for us before our arrival so everything was ready to start work next day. We couldn't ask for more! Location is just perfect. Peaceful and quiet, at the top of Hornilo - the best area of Aguilas. Close to supermarkets/shopping center, and there is really nice Hornilo beach few minutes of walk from apartment. Centre of Aguilas is around 20mins of walk along wonderful promenade. Perfect!

Graham’s place is beautiful, comfortable and stylish. He has put a lot of time into decorating his place and making it cozy as it is his home in the off-season when not being used by guests. The apartment is spacious, with a open floor plan and lots of light. Bedrooms and bathrooms allow you to spread out. It is equipped with all the amenities, what stands out is the music system and home theater area with very comfortable seating for 6. The balcony is fantastic, you can easily spend an evening sitting and chatting there. There is a view of the coast and the potential to see reflected light from a sunset, although it is an easterly view. Graham is as gracias a host as you will find. He made sure to greet us personally and explained the features of the apartment and gave us helpful information about the area. His information was spot on as he is a resident of the area. We enjoyed meeting and chatting with him.

A beautiful apartment in a quiet area of Aguilas with a large terrace and amazing distant views of Bahia del Hornillo. Graham and Lola were wonderful hosts, great communication throughout our stay and very accommodating with early check-in and late check-out. We had a lovely welcome from Lola on arrival with a bottle of chilled wine , a great touch. She showed us around the apartment which was immaculately clean, modern and was perfect for our short stay. We enjoyed our swims in the pool and the clear waters at Playa El Hornillo only a 5 minute stroll away. The terrace was a lovely space to relax, bbq and eat in , but would recommend a good uv shade/umbrella, as at the time the one available was out of action. The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, which was an added bonus during the hot nights in early October. We would definitely recommend Grahams apartment and would love to return in the future…
