The place was really quiet, peaceful and very clean and tidy. We loved our short stay. Was very close to town centre and great for tourists wanting to have a stay in liverpool!

This listing is quite misleading. The stay is listed as a room in a boutique hotel, but that is stretching the truth. This is a small room in a row house with little privacy. Upon arrival and check in, the adjoining bathroom to the room I was staying in was being worked on. As a result, there were boot marks and a bit of wood shavings left behind. I booked a private room with private bathroom, but I was disappointed to find the bathroom was located outside the room. The whole point I booked this stay was for a private bathroom, so the listing is quite misleading, especially considering several of the pictures show an en suite bathroom. Pros: - Good location and close proximity to Liverpool City Centre - bathroom was very modern and nice Cons: - my room had a small lock that didn’t feel very secure - doors do not provide any soundproofing and all activities in house can be heard from rooms - “private bathroom” was located outside the bedroom door. No where in the listing did it specify this would be the case
