Great place, clean and quiet. New couch in the living room is very comfortable. Eduardo is an excellent host with a fully stocked home. Thank you for allowing us to stay and would love to come back one day! Geaux Tigers!!

Eduardo’s listing had a couple problems. The carpet is worn and stained. The couch was stained and broken and the chair was broken. Eduardo said he has ordered a new chair so hopefully that will be fixed soon. The stair walls needed washed or repainted. However, we were very comfortable there. The beds were comfy and the sheets felt great. Everything in the kitchen was clean and labeled. The bathrooms were also clean. Everything felt very clean except the problems mentioned.
