Joe’s place is perfect for short term rental has a full kitchen and great location near local restaurants and grocery is 2 blocks away. We stayed while waiting for our home being completed. Ample parking in driveway.

The place was really clean and neat…He has towels and washcloths on the bed for us…Anytime I texted Joseph he was there to help….I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

We loved our five days at Joseph‘s place. Joseph is definitely a super host! He was wonderful communication. Beds were comfortable, on the more firm side. We had three kids with us ages seven, three and one. The two oldest loved the upstairs bedroom, and it worked great for them. Temperature was very comfortable inside the whole time and the upstairs has it is own climate control. Our one year-old slept in the master bedroom closet in a pack and play which Joseph provided. The highchair was very helpful as well. Most places do not think to include a highchair, but Joseph does! The garage downstairs is awesome so the kids can play with air hockey and foosball. Joseph provides beach chairs and lots of other items. Location was amazing as you just walk across the street and you are at the beach. Less than 5 min. We would definitely stay here again. We would recommend La Vera pizza, gringos tacos and Ifly indoor sky diving. You will be happy you stayed here!
