Definitely worth it, clean and spacious. We had a water main break and the host called to check in on us. We will definitely revisit this unit.

Arain’s place was exactly as described in a conveniently located area. Near Chinatown/ Katy/ Galleria. We booked the place very last minute - but the booking was quickly accepted. The place was very spacious and came with all the amenities of a full kitchen. Had a little hiccup w the smart lock, but that was quickly handled by Arain and his team. I was able to locked the doors so we can head out of the apartment on the August Home app. There was private parking garage - which made parking safe and convenient. The pool was also great and clean - which was perfect for my 6 year old daughter. The pool hours are not too convenient, but Arain was able to assist us because we told him it was important that the pool was accessible. We were able to go in the pool shortly at 9am - instead of waiting for club hours which is from 12-5 pm on the weekends and 10-5pm on weekdays. Pool is closed on Mondays ( Pool cleaning ) we had a beautiful stay. We would definitely return to Arain’s apt.

Nice apartment. Exactly as described. Clean, central, good parking. Would stay again. Beds a little low but sleeps comfortably.

Arian’s place was very nice. We had a few glitches getting in, downloading the August home app, getting in and out of the pool area, but overall we had a great experience.
