Only thing I can say that wasn’t positive is that there wasn’t any cleaning supplies or trash bags so we had to purchase these things. Maybe that’s typical for airb&b, not sure since it’s my first rental.

The room itself was amazing. during the initial check-in, we noticed that the room was not properly cleaned (dirty bedding, towels, and garbage left behind). I noified the owner, and he was extremely responsive. he called the cleaning crew up a 2nd time. the crew cleaned the apartment again but left the dirty bedding. I had to notify the owner an additional time, and he once again was extremely responsive and ensured that it would be corrected. the crew came back out and provided clean bedding, and jim did a follow-up call to make sure we were happy. Everything about the room was great other than that experience and the elevator beind down (3rd floor). Even though we did not have the greatest check-in experience, Jim handled it in a professional manner, and we ultimately had a great week.

Was an overall nice place. Clean and felt cozy. The elevator didn’t work. And hasn’t work in some time. Wasn’t advertised. Top floor + family that walks with trouble wasn’t a good experience. Close walk to the beach. Pool was clean. Keypad broke and emergency exit didn’t work either was told everything was HOA problem. They need to fix these issues then. Overall was ok.

The elevator was not in service and our condo was on the 3rd floor. There was no real explanation for the problem or apologies for the inconvenience of lugging everything up and down 3 sets of stairs as well as some friends being unable to visit. The communication could have been better and the price was not worth it compared to others we visited in same area. That said, love this part of Myrtle and the condo itself was very nice and well kept.

Would definitely stay here again ! Had a elevator for my mother in law to get up to the floor/unit. It was clean , washer and dryer in unit ! It was peaceful and quiet and we had no issues at all. Beach was across the street also so no issue walking there ! Even has a small area to take shoes off before entering unit so no sand in condo !
