This is Sidney’s Wife, Jessica. The home was an adorable set up and loved having a private back deck to use after spending the day moving our daughter out of her dorm. I loved the paintings…My daughter even took notice of the two hanging in the living area. Talented artist! Thanks again for all your assistance through our stay. The Davis Family

This is our second stay at the Happy Place. It’s a very comfortable and well appointed place. The back deck is such a lovely place to drink coffee! We will stay again!

Suzanne’s place is lovely and very convenient! We loved walking past the historic cemetery every day on the way to the square. Very peaceful and scenic. And the house was equipped with everything we could have needed, including coffee and a few breakfast snacks to tide us over first thing in the morning. I also loved treating myself to some cable television at night in the bedroom! One thing to be aware of is that while the house is tucked away in a private complex, the main road it’s off of is somewhat busy and the cars drive fast on it. It was a little hairy getting our two kids across the street with no crosswalk. Not Suzanne’s fault at all, just how the city is designed—in general Oxford is less pedestrian friendly than I imagined. Still, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Oxford. It was the perfect spot!
