Yiannos & Vasso's place was great for the two-week stay of our family of four. The location is perfect, on a quiet lane but a five-minute walk to the beach and to a well-stocked supermarket. The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen and adjoining living/dining room with sofas, a TV, and table and chairs for four as well as a separate toilet and sink. It is surrounded by a huge balcony with two sets of tables and chairs for comfortable outdoor breakfasts and dining. The garden is fantastic, with strawberries, tomatos, grapes, and figs in addition to olive trees. The second floor includes the master bedroom with a large double bed and a large bathroom with a tub/shower and the washing machine. It is surrounded by a balcony with racks to dry clothes, beach towels, and bathing suits. The third floor has twin beds and a small bathroom with toilet and shower. It also has a balcony with a table. The ground floor has a ceiling fan, the second floor an air-conditioner, and the third floor a portable fan. All the doors and windows have screens, so we didn't need to use the plentiful anti-mosquito devices. And the photos do not do the place justice. Vasso was a real sweetheart, ensuring we had clean sheets and towels, arranging cleaning twice during our stay, and kindly providing a bowl of fruit, a box of biscotti, a bottle of wine, beer in the fridge, lots of capsules for the Nespresso machine.
