It is one of, if not the only, Villa in the area with very high-speed internet. In our Villa, there is enough bandwidth for everyone. SECOND FLOOR *All Bedrooms are located in the 2nd floor* - 2 Master King Bedrooms with Private Bathroom, Shower, and Tub. - 1 Queen Bedroom with Private Bathroom and Shower. - 2 Twin Bedrooms with shared Bathroom and Shower. - 1 lounge area with XBOX. - 1 working space in the foyer - desk with printer. All bedrooms feature Roku TV, Fan with dimmer light. We also have 1 crib that can be added to a Master bedroom if requested. The Villa also is well equipped with board games, stroller for the parks, toys, games, and 1 complete set of golf clubs. Our favorite spaces in the house are the fully air-conditioned game room and the pool area. The game room features a pool table, TV, and air hockey table. IMPORTANT REGARDING PARKING: ONLY a max of 3 car parking spaces available in the Villa. Please note that we have our own Florida vehicle parked in the side of the driveway during your stay. It won’t bother you, but you need to park around it. That leaves you still with plenty of space to park. We never had issues with parking. Our guests just park around it, and our car doesn’t bother them. NO additional parking available. Parking is not allowed in the street or grass. Unfortunately, we don’t allow outside visitors at the house for this reason. There is only space for 3 cars and overflow parking is not available in the community. HEATED POOL *The pool can be heated for an additional $ 40.00 per day. The pool has a safety fence for children. WATERSONG RESORT Watersong is a gated community in the Davenport area with private security and is surrounded by nature. You can enjoy the extra privacy with no rear neighbors and conservation views. The Club House is 2 minutes from the house and features a swimming pool, sandpit, clubhouse, and a gym. OTHERS Services: 5 minutes from the Villa, you can find Publix, pharmacy, gas station, hairdresser, nail salon, and restaurants. 15 minutes away is the new Posner Park Square Area with shopping and dinning. Few travelers come to Orlando looking for a beach, but our Villa is only 1 hour and a half from Melbourne Beach and is one of Florida's hidden secrets.
