My wife and I stayed here and absolutely loved everything about this place. The bed was extremely comfortable, shower extremely spacious and the entire place immaculate. If we ever find ourselves in Temecula again, we will definitely be staying here!

My husband and I were celebrating our 9 year wedding anniversary with our 4 month old baby. We decided to stay at Peppertree Lane because of its location and amenities. Shawn and Shakeh immediately presented us with the option to have a pack n' play in the room for our infant, which we greatly apprecaited since it was one less thing to worry about. We were impressed by the location of the villa itself. Peppertree Lane Ranch is a privately gated property with plenty of parking. It is situated right in the middle of all the wineries you'd want to visit in Temecula. The villa itself came with many luxurious amenities such as access a beautful patio with fireplaces. We enjoyed watching the hot air balloons in the early morning with a cup of coffee. The hosts were every responsive to questions we had and truly thought about every detail! The wine bottle from Lorenzi Estate Vineyards was a thoughtful touch. Thanks! We highly recommend and would return the next time we plan a temecula trip

We had a wonderful time here at Shawn and Shakeh's place celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary! It was just as described, so tastefully done and very clean. Also, there was a bottle of wine waiting for us. Thank you! (We ended up going to a tasting at that same winery, Lorenzi, which is right next door and we came home with more of their wine!) Each morning we took long walks through the vineyards adjacent to the property. So peaceful. It's just a few minutes to the main road and all the wineries and restaurants. Three days was not enough!

Great stay, the hosts were so attentive and responsive! The attention to detail was great and it was a short drive/Uber to great wineries. Can’t wait to be back!

It was my husband and I’s first time visiting Temecula. Very happy to have booked a stay at the Pepperlane Ranch! We were greeted with a bottle of wine and glasses for us to keep in our room. Room was nice and clean. The property was spacious. also had a game room. Lots of space to walk our dog too! We had a little hiccup with no hot water but Shawn and Shakeh were on it and able to fix the issue within the day. Also located very close to multiple wineries. Would book again!
