Sarah and Dave were great hosts and we had a lovely stay in their renovated coach house. Sarah was very responsive and was there to meet us on our arrival. The coach house is in a beautiful location. We had everything we needed for our family of 5 and the beds were very comfortable. We had a great meal in The Wheel Inn at Branston which is owned by Sarah and Dave. They provided great veggie options and 10% discount on the food for guests. Check out isn't until midday so we had plenty of time to organise ourselves before we needed to leave. We would definately book the coach house again.

Mouldy, dirty, poorly equipped, broken fixtures and fittings. Unfinished renovations and those that have been done are badly done, eg big gaps between different floors that trap your feet if you walk on them and are a trip hazard; exposed electrics etc. Host wasn't there when we arrived despite knowing when we were arriving, so we had to wait outside. When we asked for the place to be cleaned the host refused to acknowledge there was an issue (but refused to come and look at the pink shower curtain, broken toilet seat, mould infested washing machine and walls, dirty fridge etc). Host was astoundingly confrontational and aggressive, leaving both my teenager and my 80 year old mum scared and all of us really uncomfortable. We left early to stay in a house with no running water or heating, as we felt more comfortable and safer there! Got refunded from AirBnB after showing photos of the problems but surprised it's still showing as available on AirBnB.

Sarah was helpful and friendly. Her husband runs the local pub which does great food and drink. We got 10% off our food bill for staying at Sarah's place. The accommodation was well equipped with appliances. The beds were very comfortable!

Sarah's property was lovely and in a very peaceful location, off the beaten track. The property itself was quiet and secluded. Would stay again!

Lovely 3 bedroom annex. Clay and private and Sarah provided some lovely fresh breakfast ingredients - bacon, sausages and black pudding, clearly from a butchers. Will be staying there again.
