Prezzo leggermente alto rispetto alla stanza offerta. Asciugamani e lenzuola si pagano 10 euro, ma è specificato. Si potrebbe lasciare qualche omaggio in più... Shampoo, doppia presa per esempio. Posizione comoda se vuoi andare a mare, meno per il centro di Palermo.

Emplacement parfait, 2 min du bord de mer, belles marches à faire. Large choix de restaurants et de snacks. 5 min à pied de la gare pour aller à Palerme. 1e50 , 20 min de Palerme. train toutes les heures.

The stay overall was ok. The apartment is located on the ground floor with some nice garden area that connects 2 bedrooms with the kitchen and the living room. The kiched has everything you need for the long-term stay (various utensils, pans, cups, glasses, etc), there's also washer and dryer available in the laundry room. A few drawbacks that I've noticed: 1. There's no heater in the rooms, so whenever it's cool/cold outside you'd have to use air conditioning to warm up the room. Also, during low temperature periods (and especially when it's raining) rooms become so humid that you can excpect mold appearing any minute. 2. The apartment has no windows whatsoever (although before check-in the host was saying otherwise), but the doors have very thick textured glass which allow some sunlight in. 3. Wi-fi connection wasn't very good: alright'ish at the beginning of the stay, but towards the end it became impossible to work or simply browse the pages. It was mentioned to the host, but nothing could be done. The location is a bit far from Palermo itself, although very close to the train station (5 mins) with the train running every hour. On Sundays nearest train station is closed, so in order to get to the city you'd need to go to the nearest open one (15-20 mins by foot). There are also buses available, but they have kind of a random schedule. During the day they can be late like 15-30 mins which is not a big deal, but towards the evening you have to be super lucky to catch one at all. There are also a few shops, cafes, bakery and small supermarket very close to the apartment itself, which is pretty convenient. During the stay Chiara was very responsive and friendly resolving any issues very quick. Also super flexible with check-in and check-out time. But a week after checking out, suprise-surprise, I'm receiving an email where I'm being accused of stealing towels and charged >200$ for it. And when I tried to argue that and explain that nothing was taken I was also accused of not taking proper care of the apartment and not cleaning thoroughly enough. Who knows what the host wanted to achieve by doing that, but this situation badly messed up an overall impression of the stay.

La stanza turchese è un ottimo posto per fare una vacanza confortevole, posizionato vicinissimo al mare e collegato benissimo a Palermo coi treni/metro e sta esattamente nel "paesino" vicino a tutti servizi e ristoranti L accoglienza di chiara impeccabile, lei è sempre disponibile per qualunque esigenza o informazione. Peccato per le chiavi che servono per attivare anche l'elettricità in camera vengono date dentro un lucchetto così che se si esce non si può lasciare in carica un apparecchio o se si vuole tenere l'elettricità accesa non si può chiudere la porta della stanza. Ma per me non è stato un grosso problema Consigliatissimo!
