Our family had a wonderful few days in the villa hosted by James. It’s a perfect location for eating out in the evening, lots of options. The villa itself was lovely and met all our needs, we particularly liked the outside space. Alexei was extremely helpful and responsive and made us feel very welcome.

The villa was gorgeous both inside and out - we loved the garden and pool area. There was lots of space for the 10 of us and the villa was immaculately clean. James was very responsive in the lead up to the stay and Alexei was an excellent host upon our arrival and was always happy to help with any questions during our stay. We were able to enjoy a barbecue with the on-site facilities and the well-equipped kitchen meant that we were able to dine in the villa several times during the week. Good location for walking to most local attractions. Thank you for a great stay!

James's villa is in an excellent location; 5 minute walk to the local supermarkets, coffee shops, bakery and bars; 10 mins walk to the marina which includes fantastic restaurants & shops and 15 mins walk to the beach. The villa itself was spotless, very well equipped, very comfortable bedrooms with plenty of space around the villa for us all. We were 8 people from 3 families with 3 children and were very comfortable during our stay. Every conceivable requirements were catered for and available to us, e.g. children's' car seats, booster seats, pool inflatables, footballs etc for kids play, buckets & spades for the children to take to the beach, swimming armband aids for the children and a pool table which doubled up as an extra table to eat at or to play board games. The villa also has a lockbox for keys which enabled the 3 families to do things separately and be able to access the villa on their return. We would have no hesitation on returning in the future for another visit.
