This was the second time my group has stayed at the country cottage and both times it has been great. The place is private, always clean, and has great hosts!

We had a great stay, check in and check out was very easy. We used this rental as a home base for Traverse City and other excursions, it was great for that. The house is close to the road and the road is busy. You can’t hear the road noise from inside the house and it still feels cozy and country even though it’s on a main county road. if you have a dog that doesn’t listen very well you will need to plan on having them on a leash while outside the house due to the proximity to the road, but there is what looks like a full 20 acres out back for them to play so it is such a perfect place for traveling with a pet. Would definitely go back

For a last minute trip, this was Airbnb was perfect! We had no idea if we'd find a place or if what we'd find would be acceptable. This exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Nicely remodeled house with new appliances, property is very beautiful with a nicely mowed walking path. Isolated and peaceful but village of central lake and plenty of lakes and beaches are quite close.
