The condo is great, also had extra towels, and sheets, which not all condos have, Arslan was easy to deal with and always communicated right away. I hope to use his condo in the future, a great experience.

I spent 6 weeks at Arslan’s Grand Avenue condo and hope to return soon. The condo is in one of the best locations in the Grand Avenue complex; western facing the newly renovated Heaton Hotel pool and high enough to get the prevailing sea breeze. The condo is actually slightly better than the photos show; the bedroom closet is behind the bedroom door and it contains a safe box that is not mentioned in the description, and there’s a glass door in the bedroom leading to the patio. The furnishings are comfortable and utilitarian. The bed is a comfortable western style firm. There are several sets of clean and comfortable sheets and a large variety of towels and mats provided. A very nice new washing machine and drying rack are provided, I found it very easy to use and very convenient for keeping things clean. Arslan is very easy to contact and VERY responsive to messages. We had a small issue during my stay, and it was handled quickly, professionally and very politely.

He met me at the apartment as soon as I got there Spent around 45 mins with me showing me the apartment and all the facilities Next day he came back and we made copy of passport so he could register my stay with immigration I would stay there again
