Housekeeping staffs between 8:30 am to 4 pm, Completely secured property with a security guard and CCTV surveillance Personal beach Boating activities and Kayaking (depends on weather conditions)

Pros: 1. Very very clean. I believe myself to be a big critic of how someone keeps the place clean and I was impressed by how clean everything was; 5/5. 2. Right at the beach. Location is really beautiful but not a very posh one. You would see a lot of clutter of boats and garbage but the stay is clean. 3. The flat was equipped with water purifier, washing machine, fridge, ACs in every room, including the hall. Cons: 1. No food available at the property. We had to order everything from Swiggy and the wait time wast at least 50 mins for all the good places. 2. No bottled water, only RO.
I recently stayed at Nischal's place and it was truly an amazing experience. The location is perfect, with a nearby beach that provides a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The caretaker, Jai Ram, was extremely supportive and made sure that my stay was comfortable. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Nischal's place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
The location of the property is great, just a 30 minute drive from Mangalore and the beach is right across the road. Food delivery services are available and you also have the option to order home cooked food. Surfing, kayaking options are available in close proximity to the property, the beach is isolated and clean. The hosts Gopika and Nischal were very helpful and addressed all of your requests.
Good Location 20 meters from the beach, helpful and friendly staff, ample parking space, decent neighborhood, pet friendly, and good road to the venue. Cleanliness for linens and carpets could be improved a little more, worth the price just for the location. A big thank you to Jayaram, the care taker, he was always available to help.
The property was pretty amazing with its location right at the beach with dedicated parking. They have beach chairs which can be used to chill out on the beach plus one can go for kayaking, surfing offered nearby

The neighbourhood is a very calm residential area. The beach which overlooks this service apartment is India’s officially only surfing beach. A surfing fest is held in the month of December every year.
The property has ample parking space. The guests can either take a stroll alongside the beach or take their vehicle for a pleasant drive. Everything about the place is magical.
