I was extremely pleased with the value I received for this rental unit. The host had a ton of amenities on the property including a very stocked kitchen including k-cups, dishes, etc. The bathroom was just awesome; fully stocked with towels and a multi soap/conditioner dispenser that came in handy. There were extra bedsheets and pillows as well. I just had 2 people in my party so this worked well for us. Having onsite parking was a plus as well; I always try to have an AirBNB with free parking because parking in a major city can be a headache to find. I'm very pleased with the overall experience I had at this place and I would recommend this host to others in the future for her communication and hospitality.

Thank you for the stay! This was wonderful for my family while my husband worked in the area. We had everything we needed. Charlene & the team was responsive and flexible. We booked short notice and still, the place was cozy, clean, and exactly as description! I love the shower. The area is safe, parking convenient (for 2 cars—-truck and minivan). Comfortable bed, pull out couch, office space, stocked kitchen like described! Neighbors are kind. Water heater makes noise and you will hear people upstairs as other reviews said, but no bother to me or my family! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great host, very responsive. My only complaint is it's a basement unit, which led to a couple of problems. There's a water heater or something running nonstop, making it pretty noisy in the room. Also, whoever was upstairs would walk around at all hours (2am, 4am), which was also loud enough to wake me up. The place itself works okay as a studio type place for a night or two but I couldn't get past the noise.
