Fun house and property. Brought our dogs and they loved the yard and dock but the neighbors had dogs as well and barked at us the entire time we were outside at any given time we went out there. Easy time navigating around town from the convenience of the location. Fun house but plan to bring more for fun for a rainy day. Nothing to do inside the house while you’re stuck inside.

The location is amazing— peaceful, beautiful surroundings with easy access to the Grand Strand and Conway. We loved having the river access and outdoor spaces. The house is well-equipped and had everything we needed. Note you will need to drive your trash out, which you should prepare for. Matthew is a very responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend for a family looking for a peaceful getaway.

This place was exactly what my husband and I have been looking for these last couple of years! My family is local to Conway and it has been a struggle finding a place we felt comfortable in with our dog. The house was very homey and the views were the best part. Matthew was an excellent host and described everything in the listing perfectly! We will definitely be back.
