You are located in the hot new Seminole Heights which has a great number of cafes, restaurants and breweries ..Seminole Heights is known for being the little trendy, historic foodie capital of Tampa. Centrally located and less than minutes to Downtown, Amalie Arena, Riverwalk, Busch gardens & The zoo. Approximately 15 min to airport, Hard Rock, & USF 30-45 min to the beaches. You can also hop on the Brew Bus and explore the area while enjoying libations.

Overall, this place is great for a quick trip to Tampa. We had 4 people and the place was big enough for us to not be on top of each other. The living room was a bit uncomfortable for all of us to relax and watch TV. The living room and beds were our only real reasons for 4 stars instead of 5. The beds weren’t very supportive. Very soft, so if you like that, you may love these. My husband and I needed a bit more support to sleep comfortably. A great deal and would still recommend this property to anyone going to the area. POSITIVE NOTE: The host gave AMAZING recommendations for food. We only got to try 2 of them on her list but wow! We saved the list for next time. Can wait to try the rest! So nice and responsive. By far the best hosting team any of my friends and I have worked with.
Overall it was a good stay. The place was decorated nicely. Bathroom fixtures a little dated. Would stay again.
this place was decorated nicely, had a good amount of space, and felt cozy and clean! love the location since i was able to walk to a couple restaurants during my stay. the beds the couch were both comfy!

April 4th thru the 7th.. We enjoyed our stay at Dallas and the team's place. The stay was comfortable, walking distance to restaurants, couple of bars and a convenience store. The house was very clean and accommodating. Nicely decorated with new appliances and tvs. Very close to all the spots we were going to so Uber costs were not bad at all. Only two things stood out but wasn't a real issue. 1 there wasn't a dishwasher but we didn't dirty up many dishes as we were gone most of the time. 2 was the back yard and sitting area. The chairs needed some love but understandable since it's Spring time. But a very nice place to stay in Tampa. Would definitely stay again.... 🙂
