The most stunning villa, even better than the photos, incredible views from all rooms, great parking area with electric gates, 1km walk to centre, great location very quiet and peaceful, everything you could possibly need was provided. We were welcomed by a lovely lady who serviced the villa half way through our week, would highly recommend and would definitely return

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect, truly exceptional in terms of design, comfort and location. Κατερίνα the host was super friendly, responsive, helpful, friendly and accommodating. The villa has an amazing location, walking distance from the beautiful little town and ferry port, with outstanding view on the bay. It has a gate and parking, and from there it's east to get anywhere on the island. The villa itself was brand new, extremely comfortable and well finished, and very tastefully decorated. Every little detail has been thought through, from the AC throughout, to the well equipped kitchen, to large comfy beds and gorgeous bathrooms. Our kids stayed in the big bedroom with mezzanine so each had their own bed. We also loved our bedroom and bathroom, which was also very functional with desk and roomy closets to put away clothing and suitcases. The highlight esp for the kids was the big terrace and lovely pool. It was super clean, great temperature, nice size and amazing view, with 4 nice loungers distributed around the pool. There is also a covered BBQ area which was perfect for morning breakfast and evening meals to enjoy the sunset. Κατερίνα gave us great recommendations for local beaches and her favourite restaurants, we tried them all and really fell in love with the island. We really hope to come again to this beautiful place!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Kingstone 2. Katerina could not have been more helpful. Communication right from the start was brilliant. Katerina was quick to answer my many questions pre-departure and during our stay, and gave us lots of great advice on where to eat etc. The villa was stunning - it felt like a real treat to be in this beautifully designed house with such a great view over Skopelos, and just a 5-10 minute walk down to the restaurants and shops. And Katerina went 'above and beyond' in helping us organise our transport back to Skiathos on our day of departure. If you are considering staying at one of Katerina's properties - just do it! You won't regret it.

We enjoyed our stay @ Kingstone Villa 02. The Villa is built on a site which has a tremendous view and golden hour photos at sunset are wonderful. The Villa is Approx. 500mtrs walk into Skopelos, which is a nice distance and the walk along the front of the seawall is nice. The Villa is fitted out very well with quality furnishings and accommodated 5 adults comfortably. The pool, sun lounges and outdoor lounge / eating area were all great areas to relax. Overall we enjoyed our 5 nights and would highly recommend a stay. Katerina & George were lovely hosts, proud of their villa and very accommodating.
