The bed throw had a brown stain that look like mud or feces, Blueground ordered a new one. The duvet was disgustingly filthy, I did not find out until I decided to change the duvet cover 2 weeks later. I sent Blueground a picture of it and they sent a replacement right away. To my dismay, I found a dead mouse under the kitchen sink. Blueground sent someone to remove it and scheduled pest control a few days after. The dead rodent was a cause of great anxiety and discomfort. Kitchen baseboard was not initially properly attached and there was a gap in the corner, linoleum tiles in the bathroom were old and in disrepair, nails on tub baseboard were protruding, walls were dirty and the whole flat was pretty dusty. I cleaned the place as much as possible on my own and only reported the dead rodent, the filthy bed throw and the disgusting duvet. Location was great, except for the noise from the tube system. Blueground's employees were speedy with addressing the issues I reported.

Very lovely flat, tastefully decorated with lovely natural light. The apartment itself is up one flight of stairs (no lift/elevator). The tube is just one block over, with access to all of central London, with multiple bus lines running within a couple of blocks — very easy to get around! The lovely neighborhood just behind your flat has been listed as one of the nicest in London, very picturesque and peaceful. Several lovely cafes within 1-2 blocks. I stayed in this flat for 2.5 months with my two small dogs. They loved their long morning walks through Holland Park or going off leash in Kensington Gardens. Blueground was very responsive and helped with all my questions, even calling me a few days in advance to offer any support. The living room & kitchen were smaller than expected, but no real complaints. Well priced for the area. Just make sure to go the Blueground website for their terms & conditions, eg they reserve the right to gain access with 24 notice.
