We were only in Paris for an overnight layover, and wanted to stay close to the Eiffel Tower to get a little sight seeing in. Sarah's place was perfect for this and a short stay for 2 people. Location is amazing and her place has what you need. Sarah gave clear instructions that we could follow for check-in easily.

Zentral gelegen mit vielen Möglichkeiten was zu unternehmen. Sehr nette und flexible Gastgeberin. Saubere, ruhige und gemütliche Unterkunft. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The flat was in a great location, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby and close to major landmarks. It was the perfect sized space for me and had everything I needed (bed, bathroom, kitchenette, fridge).I felt very safe there. The owner allowed me to drop my luggage off since I had an early arrival in Paris, which I greatly appreciated. Getting into the flat was very clear and easy. The sofa bed was very comfortable. Other feedback: you will hear the neighbors. One night, one of the neighbors had a dog that barked for hours until 3 am. The water does run cold in the shower after about 10 minutes, and the owner does warn you about that, but you must be quick with the shower. The flat was not fully cleaned by 3pm check-in and I had to wait for it to be fully cleaned. You may walk by some smelly garbage bins as you are walking into the flat. Even with all that said, the positives outweighed the negatives, it was still a good experience, and I would definitely stay here again!
