We had a quick but wonderful stay at Shandel’s beautiful mountain home. Definitely convenient if you want to be in Grand Lake. Very clean, very comfortable, and very easy to book and check in. Thanks for letting us stay on the spur of the moment.

We recently stayed at a charming Airbnb cabin by the lake, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the cozy ambiance of the cabin. Nestled in a serene, wooded area, the cabin offered a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, making it an ideal retreat for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. The interior of the cabin was wonderfully cozy, with warm wood finishes and comfortable furnishings that made us feel right at home. The living area was inviting, complete with a soft, plush sofa and a stone fireplace that was perfect for curling up with a good book or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The decor was tasteful and homely, creating a relaxing and intimate atmosphere throughout our stay.

Without question, this has been one of our best vacations ever. Shandel truly deserves the title of Superhost and this location is wonderful. She was responsive, friendly and helpful to us when we needed her. We have stayed in our fair share of Airbnbs and I usually feel that the furnishings and decor are cobbled together with varying degrees of success. From the bed spreads, to the linens, to the dishes and the OUTSTANDING knife collection, this felt more like someone's home in which the owners take great pride. As for location, it was perfect. So close to the village and to the entrance to the park. We saw 18-20 moose every day in Rocky Mountain National Park and the surrounding area and quite a bit of other wild life. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back in the Fall as this might just well be our happy place for the forseeable future. We also found visting Grand Lake Village full of wonderful shops and good places to eat! This is truly a great getaway!

We had a great time. The cabin was clean and very nice. It matches the images on the website. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. We would definitely stay here again!
