A fantastic accommodation in a quiet location but very close to local amenities including a 24hr supermarket. The property is very spacious and clean, and has absolutely everything you need. Justine’s communication couldn’t have been any better.

A really lovely stay at Siesta. A beautifully presented home with all the equipment, utensils and creature comforts we could ask for. Great spaces for relaxing, cooking, cleaning and drying out beach stuff and lovely comfy beds. Easy to get to Puckpool beach and Appley Park and a great location to explore further afield. Thank you!

We have today returned from a week in the Isle of Wight and staying at Siesta Property on Appley Farm. There was ample parking for our car outside and access to the property was easy via key lockbox. The accommodation was spacious and we never felt cramped (2 adults, 2 teens & one woofer dog). Access via the front door straight into the kitchen, then round to the dining room, bathroom, hallway to bedrooms, living room, round to conservatory and utility room. The beds were very comfy and a good size. The living room was a good size and had a decent sized tv (teens remember!). The utility room was an absolute blessing and I just wish i had one at home! The bathroom shower had excellent pressure and was ideal after sandy days at the beach. It was about a 10 minute walk to Ryde beach - if you have a dog head to the Seaview end (which is the right hand end past the castle folly) where the woofs can be off lead. Great beach and a great place to chill and play (with said woofer). The walk back to the property is a bit uphill on the way back but your legs get used to it pretty quick. For us this property was ideal and i would be quite happy to stay again, just 15 mins from Fishbourne Ferry and there are some lovely shops in Union Street, Ryde to have a look round. Communication with Justine was very prompt during booking and she answered all questions I had fully. Details of access and the Ryde area were sent to me in good time and were very useful. Would have liked to stay a few more days to be honest, lovely sunshine and a real relaxing break.
