Pros: strategic location, quite neighborhood (although located at main street), friendly staffs, got upgraded to two bedroom villa, spacious bathroom. four towels in total. Water heater was good. Bath tub was spacious. Cons: room and pool could be cleaner. We found several worms(?) inside our bedroom, bathroom, and living room. We put sign "Clean Room" but turns out they did not clean it. Next day, we ask receptionist to clean our room, and they did. Water inside pool looks discolored (perhaps by rain). when they clean our room, i guess they didn't clean the water inside pool. Location map at Airbnb apps is incorrect. We contact the host via Whatsapp, and she gave us the exact location. Limited parking lot. Overall, it was okay stay here. They can improve here and there :)

The Calna Villas was great. Very friendly and helpful staff! The villas are in a great location for access to Kuta, yet doesn't feel too busy. We enjoyed our stay.
