My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at The Place! Swain was a very quiet and peaceful area (though I'm sure it gets busier during ski season), and we felt safe and enjoyed the privacy. While we did have to drive a bit for restaurants and activities, the condo was stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment that allowed us to cook meals during our stay, and also had a variety of board games for entertainment. The wifi was very spotty, but that was not a huge concern for our stay. One other thing I want to note was that there were some clothes left in closets and used toiletry items in the bathroom cabinets; I was not bothered by it since everything was very clean, but just a heads up if anyone is not comfortable with that. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of blankets and towels, and the wood fireplace was nice for chillier nights. Overall, I have to say that the condo was beautiful and exceeded my expectations - the pictures really do not do it justice!

We felt right at home. It is clean and cozy with all the amenities and fun board games. The kitchen has everything we need to cook delicious meal. My kids love the bunk bed. Great internet speed. Close to letchworth state park. Communication with the host is smooth.

Marcia was super helpful in responding to questions beforehand and providing all necessary information before check in. The condo was more than enough space for the 7 of us and in walking distance to the resort and bar/restaurants.
