Katie was very responsive to any questions we had and the place was in good shape. The fire pit was a great location to relax and take in the views of the river. The only thing that was a little frustrating was a person in the unit beside us (which the person appears to be a long term renter) had a very loud car due to the mufflers that were purposely added to make the car loud. And the person started up the car around 7am on Saturday and woke everyone up.

Our Tiny home was perfect!! Beautiful view of the river and close to hiking, biking, and all the fun in downtown Greenville.

My wife and two kids, 11 & 14 stayed in the Chestnut 2 BR while visiting family in Greenville. We loved the location, the view of the river, fire pit and the space outside to have my sister-in-law and her family (3 kids, 7, 5 & 2) over to have dinner. The picnic table, chairs and fire pit were exactly what we needed while the kids ran and played. Even did some fishing in the river. Caught a few fish and the kids were ecstatic. While cooking, we couldn't figure out the oven, Katie was over to help in less than two minutes of messaging her. When winding down for the night, boys couldn't figure out the TV, again, Katie was the over to assist in less than two min. I can't say enough about her level of care! Needless to say, the house was spotless upon arrival, Her response time amazing. Everything we wanted for the quick trip to Greenville, SC. We will definitely stay in the Chestnut 2 BR again! Stay here, you won't be disappointed, my wife is picky and she LOVED it!
