This is like a de facto hostel out the back of a shop. There are a number of rooms that are impressively fitted into a reasonably small building. They are solid but basic. My single room was very small with thin walls. I could hear most things that happened on my side of the building, including activity from the dining room, when one particularly loud guest was talking and shouting at an unnecessary. The host is very friendly and good-natured but a think a little too preoccupied with trying to sell things, which is good if one requires them. It's essential to rent a motorbike if you want to explore the beaches, which are on the other side of the island to the property. There are very few restaurants nearby but the best thing about Tokashiki is how uncommercialized it is, so visitors should expect this.

My stay at Yuri hotel was amazing !!! She is really nice and welcoming ! I wanted to do scuba diving around Tokashiki so I was really happy to discover that she is also renting diving supplies. I booked one scuba diving excursion with her and it was amazing, the diving monitor is a friend of her and he was also really nice. He took the time to write in English all the fishes names on a bard during the dive. 🐟🐠🐡 The hotel is also really nice I liked the fact that it was full of diving material and objects. It felt like staying in a diving club for the common areas and the room was really cosy ☺️ I slept well.

호스트인 유리상이 아주 친절합니다. 좋은 다이빙 포인트를 알고 있고 보트를 가지고 있으니 원한다면 다이빙을 할 수 있습니다, 저도 여행플랜이 없어진 상태에서 우연히 다이빙을 같이 나갔는데 거북이도 보고 좋았습니다. 함께했던 다른 분들도 매우 좋아서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 숙소는 최신식은 아니여도 와이파이와 샤워실과 에어컨이 있습니다.

The landlady runs the guest house and diving shop on her own, and she is busy. Her English is not good and the guesthouse is basically equipped. It is situated close to the port but far from the beach.
