Positives: Location is amazing by Darajani market but still sound-proof. Building staff were wonderful. Apt & elevator were nice, had good appliances. Negatives: Water & WiFi was in/out for 2 weeks; AC was completely broken for a week. All happened when Rehema was on vacation & had not informed us so we messaged her with no response. Building staff told us she was on vacation so we communicated with them directly. We asked hosts for partial refund for those weeks but were denied because "it's stated that it's an old building". Water & WiFi issues continued on & off for the rest of our stay. Description makes it seem like gym & laundry are included - they aren't. Game room is closed. On arrival, bathroom sink was broken so we told host. After 3 days, plumber finally came at 9am on New Year's Day without warning. We weren't home, & plumber never came again. We ended up having to figure it out ourselves. Overall price is too high for those amenities to not work or be unavailable.

l'emplacement du logement est super, par contre l'appartement n'est pas propre le ménage n'est pas fait beaucoup de poussière, un draft troué,la cuisine est hors service micro onde hors service, gasiniere hors service, une poubelle pas vider et des déchets a l'intérieur des placards

If you are looking for a budget option with a nice central location this is a good alternative. Customer care is good is also good, but the apartment isn’t very cozy.

This place would have been ok to stay in if I were a solo traveller but we booked it because it had 8 beds and we were a party of 3 adults and 4 kids. Firstly, there weren’t enough allotted wifi connections so we couldn’t all access the internet. Secondly, we were only given one key and had to request a second. You not only had to lock the apartment door but also the building door to the street so having one key is extremely unreasonable. There weren’t enough glasses/cups/cutlery for one each. The stove didn’t work even though we were told someone was going to fix it. Lastly, the heavily advertised and promoted common room and laundry was in a different building to our apartment meaning that to use it we had to leave our building and walk around the street to the next, ensuring all doors were constantly locked behind us. The bedroom was very spacious but the living area isn’t…neither was it very comfortable. And the windows are shuttered making it much darker in the apartment that shown in the photos. For what we needed, it wasn’t practical but like I said…it may suit young adults/small groups.
