We were just passing through for the night, but this would be a fun place to stay for longer! A nice pool with a great outdoor setup with plenty of nice places to sit and lounge. The space inside was nice, and the kids loved the loft area—there were some fun things to play with too. Perfect for what we needed for the night!

This place is a very nice out of the way location that allows for a relaxing get away. We were able to travel into Laurel for shopping and dining very quickly. The cottage had everything we needed for a home away from home. We would stay again on our next trip. For sure will book again.

To say that the House in the Hill is amazing is an understatement. Laurel’s best kept secret! Every inch of the property is so fun and thoughtfully designed. If you want peace , quiet and to feel at home this is your stay ! The host are so very friendly, accommodating and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and safe. I actually stayed in the pool cottage and the bunk treehouse. Both are so lovely and comfortable. Immaculately clean !!! It’s great for families! Very cool place . I might move in if they let me !

If you have asthma and like a peaceful night of rest this isn’t the place. First night I was alone because my fiancé had a work meeting he had to tend to. All night I heard banging noises that kept me up. Left early the next day to go meet up with my fiancé and came back that evening to the entire carport reeking of marijuana. Hostess claims there is cameras so I hoped she checked to see where we had trouble getting back in so we could gather our stuff cause we refused to stay in that for the night. The hotel 5 mins away was more relaxing and didn’t have a stench. Do better
