Had a great stay here! Situated close to the beach, the Airbnb had everything we needed and was well equipped. Would recommend :)

Nicolas’s apartment was perfect for our visit to Nice and the surrounding area. I was traveling with my two young adult daughters and we had the perfect amount of space and made many meals in the fully equipped and lovely open kitchen. It is a few flights of stairs but there is a tiny elevator for luggage. Although this wasn’t a problem for us, there are garbage truck noise nightly in the back of the apartment where the bedrooms are. But not noticeable with windows closed. The French doors are beautiful and so sun filled. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach and iconic promenade. Getting around to other areas like Eze and Monaco so easy with the train and bus system. Everything there you will need. I would highly recommend to stay here especially with a family.
