What a sweet little home away from home, very clean, inviting, comfortable, lovely cheerful decor and every item one could possibly need. It is obvious, the thought and care that is put into this AirBnB. We loved the location and view off the lanai, just beside a beautiful park to walk through to the beach and just a short walk to all the stores and restaurants in Waikiki. Jennifer is an exceptional host and very responsive. I was on my own for two weeks and I felt very safe and secure. Our stay was simply stellar. If I had to say one thing, it would be only that the pool had been closed for a number of months, which we only found out when we arrived. Honestly though, everything else I mentioned definitely made up for it! I would love to stay again upon returning to Honolulu! Thank you Jennifer!

Had a great 1 month stay at Jennifer’s place! She was an exceptional host - very communicative and went out of her way to accommodate us. Extremely clean & well organized apartment with everything you could need. Safe and friendly building. Great views from the lanai - we ate dinner outside every night. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Multiple convenience stores, grocery stores, and restaurants within a 2 block radius. 10/10 would stay there again!

Jennifer's place is an outstanding value. When you compare it to being in a hotel room for 30 days, well...there really is no comparison. Laundry, a pretty functional kitchen with most of the needed implements, tons of storage to unpack and a really wonderful view. If you've never been to Waikiki, know that it typically is pretty loud and this location is no exception. You're on the more residential side of Waikiki, but it is also pretty densely populated. Light sleepers will want a white noise machine or ear plugs (and possibly a sleep mask). The many upsides to the location are that there is a grocery store within a few blocks, several great dining options, a food truck park right across the street (and Waffle and Berry!) and it is less than 10 minute walk to arguably the best part of the beach. We fell in love with Sunny's Local Grind right around the corner (good food, good coffee, good prices, friendly staff). Jennifer is very proactive host & tries hard to make your stay awesome!

Our stay was just okay — the location is convenient and there is parking in the building. However, the first day we came home at night there were little bugs all over the sink and in the drawers. Although Jennifer provided roach traps and Raid, the problem persisted (also the whole apartment smelled like Raid for the rest of our stay). When we turned on the oven to bake something, at least 10 bugs that resembled small cockroaches crawled out from behind the stove. We were extremely diligent about never leaving any food waste in the trash can (we always threw things directly into the floor’s trash room). The activity seemed abnormal even for Hawaii because other Airbnbs we’ve stayed at—one of which was the 1st floor of a single family home—had no bugs. Additionally, Jennifer asked us to collect the bodies of the bugs we killed, and by the next day we had at least 40 bodies. Pest control came 9 days into our stay which fixed most but not all of the activity.

This place is perfect!! Great location, super quick walk to the Hilton lagoons, quick 5 minute drive to Ala Moana Mall and shopping and lots of restaurants. It literally has EVERYTHING you could need. It was clean, beds were comfortable and we felt safe. Shower was great, nice pool, and a/c worked great! Jen was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for everything as we were transitioning to move to Oahu!! Thank you so much!
