I had a lovely stay at the fort. Everything was as described and very well set-up. The location is private and has beautiful views, including directly from the bed. The outhouse was the nicest I've encountered: very clean and no smell from the composting toilet, plus, well-lit for night-time visits (I had forgotten my flash light, but no problem). The best part are the llamas - what a lovely experience to stay directly in the field with them. Treats and instructions are provided, and they came up in the morning and provided friendly company for breakfast. (The only issue for me was the traffic noise from the highway, but it was a busy long weekend, and I'm particularly noise sensitive.) I can highly recommend Amanda's place for a unique experience with llamas in a beautiful part of the island!

The Fort was awesome and private. We got every basic thing we needed. We went for a walk at Eves Provincial Park which is really close by and it was a nice hike. Llamas were friendly and cute! Highly recommended for people who wants to do glamping and just wants to get away from the busy city.
