Ocean View is one of the original large villas built upon a very large commanding plot in Cap Estate. Lovingly Restored in 2019, This COVID Certified, 5-bedroom, 9000 sq ft luxury villa; sits on a hill top position. Boasting stunning views of Plantation beach and the surrounding golf links. The space Inside this beautiful property, you will find many original features have been retained including the stunning natural stone walls, arched doorways and 23ft Valuted ceilings in the main lobby, which allows in a tremendous natural light. The main living and dining area is largely open plan and sits underneath the dark wood high vaulted ceilings. Set out on the one side as the main lounge. It also boasts a large bar and function perfect for enteraining and parties. The large interior dining table comfortably seats 8 to 10 people. Alternatively, enjoy dining al fresco where 10 people may be seated around our Pagoda dining area. The well-equipped, traditional kitchen can be used for your own catering, however you may wish to hire a chef and/or take advantage of our dining packages. David, who has worked at the villa for over 20 years and our groundsman, Phil will be included as part of your stay (please note costs for food and beverages is additional). There are 5 oversized suites (All en-suite), complete with new air-con and tall traditional vaulted ceilings.
