This place is a designer’s dream:). It was really spacious and beautiful and had everything one could want or need. And then there is the beautiful art! The host, Maxim, was a delight and he went above and beyond to source wonderful recommendations. He was very responsive and accommodating (ie he worked with care around an allergy to fragranced products, thank you:)) and we very much enjoyed meeting him. Thank you Maxim for your hospitality and your lovely home, you made our stay in Berlin wonderful!

A great stay! Maxim was a fantastic host. The space is warm, extremely comfortable, and has every amenity a guest would want, and more. The space is more beautiful than the pictures show. Location is quiet and peaceful , yet close to everything. Walkable neighborhood, and Ubers came quickly. Oh, and the place smells great. Thank you, Maxim!

This is a special loft. The place is quiet, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Maxim was an excellent host and gave us many excellent suggestions of places to shop, eat and see. The location is very central, <10 min walk to Checkpoint Charlie. If it's available, book it. We hope to again.

Wir waren fünf Tage in Maxims Loft und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist superzentral aber ruhig und parken ist kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit Maxim war super. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.
