We had a truly wonderful stay and three (3) things stand out. First, the property itself was exceptionally clean and tidy, as well as spacious. The furnishings are comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed, and we had essential amenities. The owners take great pride in the maintenance of the property and it shows. Second, the location is wonderful. It is located at the end of a private, quite beautiful street with many grassy areas. It would be a great place for children. The property is located near to hiking trails, a short ride from downtown Walnut Creek, in easy proximity to highways, and close to childrens playgrounds. Third, the owners - Kathy and Lance - are quite gracious and welcoming. It was a pleasure to engage with them. They had a genuine interest in our welfare and responded promptly and openly to any requests we made of them. They are wonderful resources on events in the community. They were instrumental in creating a memorable experience for us.

K was amazing! We felt so at home, we did not want to leave! From beginning to end, the best hospitality ever! K’s hospitality is unmatched. They create a serene environment and we really enjoyed our stay.

We have traveled to the Walnut Creek area for many years to spend time with our family and enthusiastically rate this home and its owner at the top of our favorite VRBO rentals. Everything we needed to make daily living easy and comfortable during our 2 week stay was provided, and K was always available to answer questions and assistance if needed. A truly wonderful place we will hope to return to.

My mom and I felt very much at home. The beds were extremely comfortable and Kathy and Lance were very attentive to our needs. Out of all my times traveling to the San Francisco area to visit my daughter, this place ranks an A+ in all areas! I highly recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful place to stay and wonderful hosts, reach out to Kathy and Lance!

Perfect all around. This cozy guest house felt like home and was exactly what we needed for our week in the bay area. Beautiful grounds, very friendly and thoughtful hosts, quick walk to the Iron Horse Trail and downtown Walnut Creek. We loved it here.
