The Rowe house was the perfect place for our stay. You have the best of both worlds - historic house with modern accommodations. The house is within walking district of historic downtown Gettysburg yet just far enough away to be out of the hubbub. Collin has thought of everything for guests' comfort and eye appeal. The historic photos and mementos throughout are a nice touch. There was even an unexpected historic touch that made this stay most memorable.

We decided to drive thru and visit Gettysburg as part of a spring break trip. This place was amazing with so much history . The remodel was amazing what a great job! Very close to everything Gettysburg is definitely an incredible part of history. Collin was very responsive and helpful. Hope we can visit again since there is many places we still need to check out! Great home Thanks again!

We had a wonderful family stay. The house was comfortable and spacious, and kid friendly for our 7 & 8 year olds. Everything in Gettysburg was walkable from the house. If you love history, look no further! This 'witness' house has so much rich information. We will be back again when visiting the area.

Collin’s home was spectacular! My husband, myself, and our boys ages 8 and 16 fell in love with the home. The history in the home, the amenities, the attention to detail, and the comfort were awesome! The location was perfect, walkable to all the great shops. The beds were super comfy! We loved hanging out as a family in the living room which was spacious and bright and super comfy. We loved looking at all of the historical photos and artifacts! We will definitely be coming back!!

In every category, this rental exceeded our expectations! First, it feels far more spacious than the pics. For a 200 year old house, it has very large rooms and high ceilings. Collin was indeed very welcoming and proactive. He reached out to me, which made me feel comfortable asking him questions. The furniture and beds are comfortable and we found everything we could have wanted right there. We greatly appreciated Collin sharing the history of the house, which makes it a perfect choice for history geeks and people who appreciate the hard work that goes into major remodels. Lastly, while this is described as 2 blocks from town, it is actually in a perfect location as the stores and restaurants we walked to were both north and south of the house.
