This was the perfect stay for husband and myself and my sister and brother in laws. Great location in town, very open and not a lot of neighbors. Plenty of parking. We were able to walk to grocery store near the house. House was very clean. The beds were very very comfortable. Perfect size for our group.

This Big Bend trip was a bit last minute for us. We first looked into a place in Terlingua, but of course, everything was booked. Alpine and Marathon were our next pick. The views and tranquility of Aprils place was what helped us decide on this stay. We were not disappointed. Casa de Agua was beautiful, clean, private and the beds were super comfy! Instructions on the place were clear and easy check in and out. We arrived Friday and checked out Alpine for the day then Big Bend Saturday with check out Sunday. The kitchen , showers, beds and linens were clean. No bugs. (I'm always anxious about bugs) The surrounding area is BEAUTIFUL especially in the mornings. The tranquil ponds on the property and plant life is perfect to sit and reflect. There is a grocery store within walking distance. Beautiful Alpine and all its attractions not far at all. We will absolutely be recommending this place to anyone who is looking to stay in Alpine.

This was one of the best experiences. Our trip almost went south but April saved the day. The hike right out and location to downtown within walking distance. Would stay here again without question.

We enjoyed our stay VERY much. I had no idea that natural grocery store was down the hill it’s awesome. Perfect location to day trip big bend but be back in town for dinner. Had a very private and peaceful feel to it the walking trail right outside the home is very nice too.
