Vince and his family were fantastic! We had the pleasure of staying for half a week and I am so glad I picked this location. It was very quiet and peaceful. On a big piece of land, with no close neighbor we were able to have peace of mind. We had the entire space to ourselves and it was spacious. It was so comfortable and clean, I would love to visit again! Thank you!

Not being city folk, we wanted to get away from the busy hubbub of Fredericksburg and this location did not disappoint. We were close enough to be able to enjoy all the area had to offer. I strongly suggest you explore the civil war history and vineyards while you are here. We had just recently purchased an electric vehicle and our just went above and beyond to allow us to plug in. This was so greatly appreciated. Things to consider when staying here include that they have a friendly dog that you might hear barking to welcome you there and you might get your shoes wet from the morning dew walking to entrance around back of the house. But if these things don’t bother you, then what are you waiting for? Book it today. This place was spacious and perfect for our 2 nights in the area and the hosts warm and welcoming.

Vince's place was perfect! just as described. He was able to accommodate an early check-in for is. His place was super clean and inviting, felt right at home! we have family in the area and I will definitely check with Vince first next time I come to town.
