Hello, My wife Julia and I own the Victorian Garden Home. Julia handles most of the communication with Airbnb. We have lived here for 40 years. We are quiet and usually keep to ourselves. We live downstairs. We Garden, do Yoga, Ride bicycles, walk and generally try to stay healthy. We enjoy being outside especially on sunny days. For entertainment we read extensively, take walks in the parks and visit the Farmers Markets in our area. We feel laughing is good for us in many ways so when there is an occasional funny movie we will watch it. We also find the regular changing of seasons and weather in Indiana quite interesting. Our home is old, built in the 1800s. It has received many updates over the years and is still a work in progress. The latest additions have been new windows (that insulate against most outside noise) a new furnace, central air and a new roof. We keep our home pet free and smoke free and use environmentally safe products to clean with if at all possible.. Lots of distilled vinegar, Lemons, baking soda and essential oils. The linens and towels are white. They are bleached and sanitized after each use. I use white distilled vinegar and essential oils as the fabric softener. Every one who stays here always feels comfortable and safe and we know you will too.
