Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Gooseland cottage. Le charme des vieilles pierres, une vue magnifique, un logement confortable et absolument impeccable, tout ceci dans un coin de nature reculé et extrêmement paisible, aux portes du Dartmoor. Ces quelques jours furent une vraie parenthèse enchantée. Merci à Tania pour son accueil et ses conseils de balade, et pour tout le soin apporté au cottage afin que l'on s'y sente si bien.

Wow what an amazing house and host. Tania and James have managed that unique balance of spacious but homely, stylish but comfortable with their home. From the moment we were met and shown around the house we were blown away. It was so beautiful and clean and tidy and had so much space for 5 of us (& 2 dogs)! Tania explained everything in the house clearly (& there’s a great book) but it’s set up in such a way it feels almost intuitive. The house was in a great location for walking the local areas and the peace and tranquility was perfect Tania and James were superb hosts, always responsive and going above and beyond (steering us back onto the right path when walking!) and I couldn’t finish this review without mentioning Treacle and Tamar, our new 4 legged friends! Highly recommend to everyone and without doubt we’ll be back

We had a gorgeous weekend at Gooseland. Tania is a great host, she gave us helpful tips and directions when we were arriving and then left us to it, but we knew we could call on her if we needed anything. The cottage was warm, cosy and inviting, and it was lovely to come back to after a bracing walk with the dogs and settle in by the fire. Everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped enough for us to cook – and clean up after – an Easter roast dinner with ease. This is a beautiful gem of a holiday cottage in a peaceful and secluded location and we would love to come back again for another stay.

This was our first airbnb experience. If I could give 10 stars on everything I would! It is a beautiful remote location with stunning views even in bad weather! Tania and James were the perfect hosts and thought of everything in the cottage. A huge thank you for our stay.
