For our family gathering to celebrate the new year and my daughter’s engagement the house was ideal. Lots of great and individual spaces for different groups to gather. The basement with the different games was a particular favorite and the kitchen was our favorite family gathering space. If you like to cook bring/buy basic condiments for great meals in this beautiful and spacious kitchen. Overall a wonderful house which we thoroughly enjoyed!

Another great stay at this spacious and serene Southampton home. Plenty of space for our large group to move around and hang out. Lots of bathrooms, big kitchen and a variety of seating areas. Favorite feature is the pool - great deck overlooking the pool, nicely landscaped and well kept. Convenient location close to town and the hosts were always very responsive.

We stayed with our family for 5 nights. The location was perfect, close to the village, restaurants and lots to do! The huge sun filled pool was another highlight of the trip. Great spot! Ronnie was extremely responsive which was reassuring throughout the stay.

Ronnie was very responsive and space is spacious and great for kids. Pool is great! Still has a very private feel despite the slightly busier road
