Great location near restaurants and shops, private, near transit. Room was mostly clean and matched pictures. We were there to relax and it was a restful time away.

The unit matched the pictures and the amenities described. The unit was super clean and not cluttered which made for a comfortable stay. Despite being a large building, it was super quiet the whole time. HOWEVER, the location is what makes this spot the place to be when staying in Stratford. Less than 10 minute walk to most of the shopping, restaurants, Avon, Studio, and Tom Patterson Theaters; we only drove once during our 5 day stay! With that being said, we were a little disappointed in our communication with the host team (4 people!). When we booked several months ago, we inquired about a possible early check-in to match up with our show schedule. The response seemed automated and did not reference what I asked. We asked again closer to our visit and a similar disingenuous response. When we arrived, the key card to our unit was missing. Brendan quickly resolved the situation but seemed surprised. Nonetheless, it was a great experience and would highly recommend!

Great location, stylish and spacious. Host is totally on the ball!
