This was one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed at. The view is even better than the pictures show. The wrapped porch and look outs ensured that at any time of day, you could get the perfect view of the water. Inside, the house is thoughtfully laid out to similarly take advantage of the water view. There was plenty of room for our group of 5 to spread out. The beds and furniture were all comfortable - and my son loved the bonus bed in the cabinet downstairs. But back to the outdoors. The night sky was stunning since the house is relatively remote. However, you're not too far from small towns to feel isolated. There is also a wonderful beach about 1 km down the road that was amazingly uncrowded given we were there in August. All in all a gem of a rental.

We had a really enjoyable stay, the views are absolutely stunning. The house is a nice space and feels really cosy despite being a good size with lots of different places to sit and enjoy the scenery. It is a bit tired and there are a few maintenance issues but the deck and views make up for this.

Location, location, location! While the house itself is lovely with cozy reading nooks everywhere boasting jaw-dropping views, it is the location that makes this stay magical. The house sits on top of a hill, tucked among the tree tops, and offers unbeatable views of the highlands and coastline. The trails leading to the lookout points on property remind you of the boardwalk on the Skyline trail - except shaded with a sweet forest feel. We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets at this location … and felt quite spoiled because they are the best here! There is a sandy beach a short drive and small walk away that you can see from the house and lookout points. The beach was quiet, warm, and felt like a local secret. When the afternoon rains sprinkled in, we were back at the house in less than ten minutes. The house itself is also inspiring. It’s well stocked and clean upon arrival. Treat yourself with this one! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cabot Coast, the views are simply incredible and the house ist cozy and perfect for a family or multiple couples - we felt at home immediately!! Jordan is a great host, check in was super easy and convenient and the communication was smooth and helpful! We can recommend the house in every way and would love to come back some day!!

The views from this property are not exaggerated and are breathtaking. However, the management company’s lack of care for this property meant several problems added up to downgrade our stay. We experienced mice and wood bugs (aka roly poly bugs) in the house, wifi that was only really functional in 2 rooms of the house, and beds that were not as described in the listing. The host did send a cleaner with traps the day after I notified them of the mouse issue. I also asked the host for a recommendation, and they didn’t respond at all. Otherwise, communication was responsive. The host did alert us to impending severe weather, which we appreciated. Anyone considering this house should know the driveway is a very intense incline. The cleaner who lives in the area won’t drive it in winter, and I wouldn’t have been comfortable doing it in rain or at night. Overall, we felt sad at the missed potential of this property because the management doesn’t seem to care about it.
