Super cute place with lots of character. Updated newer appliances and cabinets so everything was clean and easy to use. Host was flexible and easy to communicate with.

We were very comfy and loved the space. Tyler and Peggy were very quick to respond to our questions. Bring a sound machine for each room to drown out the street noise.

My son goes to Shenandoah University and plays lacrosse for them. He was injured and had to have knee surgery so this was a last minute booking. We were unsure exactly how long I would need to stay to take care of him and were worried about the stairs and shower, Tyler and Peggy went above and beyond to make sure we knew exactly what the space was like to make sure that it would work for us and were flexible with the stay dates. I ended up being there about 3 weeks and the space was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was beautiful and I was able to make him some of his favorite homemade meals during recovery. Was so nice to be close to restaurants and downtown to get outside and take a beautiful walk in the downtown area. Once my son was up to it he was able to crutch outside and enjoy some of the great restaurants so close. The space was perfect, The hosts were amazing I truly did not want to leave.

Beautiful place, walking in we felt at home. It was super clean and tidy with a cozy feel to it. This place was stocked up with everything needed for our stay away from home. They really thought of everything. The noise from the firehouse didn’t bother me at all, I can sleep through anything but I thought it was a nice touch to leave earplugs. We plan to visit Virginia often and we hope to be back to this gem. Thank you Peggy & Tyler for your hospitality and quick response.
