This traditional if not historical building is a classic Montreal style, beautiful vintage wood and brick structural details of building tell you stories of times past . I am an experience host and I know how to use modern tools and conveniences to ensure you feel that this is your home away from home during your stay as my guest. Its a great and rare location on a small and very quiet downtown cul-de-sac street. So you can feel restful while staying super close to everything, honestly it might be the best spot in the city! My place comes fully equipped, towels, dinnerware, very comfortable beds and fresh linens, Smart TV and high speed WiFi. I have multiple apartments in the same building, so if you are with a group, you can book multiple units to have maximum privacy and still stay together!

Edward was a great host! He was friendly and very quick at responding. The apartment was cozy for two people, and had all the essentials. Aside from having to pay more than expected for parking, this was a great place to stay and it was located close to various things to do in Montreal! Thank you, Edward.
The location is very walkable. There are plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The room was clean and met our needs. The only downside is the construction and the parking fiasco, which are completely out of the hosts control. Street parking is limited and you have to download an app to pay for garage parking. It can be a hassle.
It matched the description and pictures! It's definitely an older place with quite a few stains and cracks in a few places along the walls, but it was still clean. Comfy bed! Easy access (walkable) to public transportation. Though sound insulation wasn't the best, it didn't bother me too much, but I'm usually not one to be too bothered by noise. The blinds do go down all the way, you just had to fiddle with them a little to get them to the bottom. Overall, a fairly nice place for the price
It was a pleasure to stay at Edward''s place! He was really helpful, provided a lot of local tips. The place was cozy and had everything that you would need. It isnwalking distance from Ste Catherine street and one of the metro lines, so it was easy to travel around the city. I highly recommend the place ;)

I have lived in downtown Montreal for many years now, and as a host, I get to share the love I have for the city. Hosting people here for the festivals, for the nightlife, or as of late to know I am giving guests peace of mind with a clean and safe place to stay has been a dream come true and to do it professionally now is a blessing. I also love to travel and I know what we travelers expect when we want to visit a new place. My favorite thing about Montreal, about Canada, is the summer and the food. In the spring and summer, everyone comes out from the Canadian winter and has fantastic energy. The festivals, the terraces, the streets are full of excitement, I still feel like a tourist sometimes finding out new secrets or special places that guests share with me. I am also very proud of my bigger spaces, my bbq loft or giant salon space, it transformed how I host and let me host big groups and some events that brought people together and shaped family and friends' relationships. I've had the privilege of hosting a small wedding reception, crews of boys and we have celebrated a few baby showers, family BBQs, and old friends coming together. It has been a pleasure and I thank all my past and future guests !! Cheers !!
