This was one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever stayed. It was comfortable and just the right size for my solo getaway. If I needed to be around people it was just a short drive to the downtown area. Loved staying here and will definitely be back!

This is a wonderful property and we really enjoyed our stay. It offers privacy and lots of opportunity to enjoy outdoor space. The RV is comfortable and cozy with plumbing and kitchen updates that make it feel not at all like "roughing it." David was a great, communicative host and provided thoughtful amenities like ingredients for s'mores to make in the fire pit. We would happily visit again.

Beautiful place for sure. Came for the view, privacy, and hot tub. View was great. Disappointed that the hot tub was maybe 2 foot deep. Thought it was a full size blowup tub. And wasn't private like stated. Could see the neighbors from the back porch/tub, and was a road right next to the place that at least 5 cars slowly drove by for the hour we were out there. The photos show firewood stacked but there wasn't any but there was an axe to chop my own (but it rained the day before)....... the way the bed is set up i think its a sideways cali king so if you're over 5'7 you'll have to sleep sideways. Everything just was smaller than expected. Still super beautiful spot and very clean and has Everything you need for inside just wasnt as expected for the price but not bad.

What a relaxing and peaceful stay! Everything was as described and as pictured. David was such a great host and was responsive when I needed assistance. Thank you so much for a terrific get away from the concrete jungle in Houston.
