Efi’s house is simply stunning! The place is beautiful, spacious, full of all commodities and with a crazy beautiful view. She is a wonderful and extremely available host. She prepared the house in a perfect way despite we book it last minute and checked in with a very short notice. We highly recommend both of her listings as we also stayed one night in her hotel in Archanes where she organized a wonderful wine and olive oil tasting. A great experience!

Efi was a great host, really sweet. But it couldn’t make up for how poor our experience at her place went. We had no hot water for our entire stay. Finding the place is very difficult, there are no addresses, and our rental car couldn’t make it up the driveway (Efi was kind of enough to drive the car up, but ended up burning up our clutch while doing so.) The views are breathtaking and the outside area is really well done but after that the “luxury” pretty much ends. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes, the house was a general muggy humid feeling that didn’t match the other houses we stayed at in the area. It feels as if all the personal belongings of the owners are just shoved in every drawer and closet. I just think for the price, it is one of the worst places we have stayed. If it was half the price I would still feel a little ripped off. I’m sure Efi has worked very hard to design the place, and she has very good style, but there is a reality that is not captured in the beautiful photographs describing the place. There was really no attempt to make this up for us financially or any offer that could have reflected her understanding of how miserable it is to pay $307+/ night and not be able to shower after a day at the beach, in the sun, and driving for hours. I feel really bad that this was our experience because she really was so sweet, but I would feel worse if we didn’t tell other people and they had spent two days traveling after not having a vacation for two years and this was their experience.

Efi was a great host. Offered local suggestions, and even went so far as to call a local restaurant and let them know that I would be ordering take away from them, and where to deliver the food when I placed my order. All in all it was a nice stay in a very cool location a short walk to the beach, with stunning views.
